Meet Yoga Coin: a proposed digital token for the Yoga.org ecosystem.
One idea connecting the classes you take, the teachers you learn from, and the things you use.
Imagine practicing, learning, teaching, or serving your community—and earning rewards for qualifying participation.
Rewards would come from a funded program with clear rules. Practice alone doesn't create money.
You could use Yoga Coin for a class, a yoga mat, or a retreat with participating businesses.
Businesses could choose how they receive payment, through integrations we still need to build and test.
If launched, tokens could also be purchased through supported services. Buying wouldn't be required to practice.
You could choose to show support for communities and values. Money would never measure your spiritual worth.
Real utility comes first. The economics and protections are still being researched. Token value would not be guaranteed.
Today, we're testing the idea. Nothing is for sale, and joining doesn't reserve tokens. Tell us what would make it useful.
